21.01.2022 Today we farewelled the legend that is Mrs Hamilton. Her passion for EVPS, and everyone in it, is astounding. Her drive and commitment to enhancing experiences for our students is second to none. While there were tears we are also very proud of what Mrs Hamilton has achieved and can’t wait to hear of her new adventures at Waratah. Goodbye and good luck. We know you will be amazing!

19.01.2022 23/11/2020 The children in Group A have experimented with engineering and construction techniques throughout the year. They have used a variety of materials and resources, both indoors and outdoors. Miss D recently brought in a piece of flat wood from home as an inspiration piece. Today, Angelina begins by making a large box with the flat wood as the flooring. She tries a few options to make the walls strong. Hazel and Shanice are interested and offer suggestions. The girls w...ork together on the design of a three storey zoo. They access the craft materials to make water bowls, lights, ponds, musical instruments, activities and even the animals own smartboard. They work all morning and are joined by many others including Kobee, Lincoln, Sebastian and Lachlan K. All of the class play with this amazing zoo. EYLF Learning Outcome Area 4a Children develop dispositions for learning such as curiosity, cooperation, confidence, creativity, commitment, enthusiasm, persistence, imagination and reflexivity.
