23.01.2022 Running back to the gym like We are back!! Wednesday will be the first day of classes back in the gym! We are so excited to be able to open our door again and do what we love. Thank you to everyone for your support over the last 7 months. This year we have been shut for 25 weeks. We have been closed for longer than we have been open. It has been rough, but I am so lucky to have the friendship and support from my bloody amazing members. It's allowed my small b...usiness to continue during a time when many won't. 17.01.2022 Hi, I'm Elise I'm a personal trainer, I have muffin tops in some pants, I have stomach rolls when I sit, I have veins and stretch marks. It's taken some work, but I've learned to love my body. It's ok not to love every little thing (no stomach rolls would be pretty good let's be honest ) but it's important not to view these things as flaws. They are just you and there is nothing wrong with the way you are! Learning to love your body as a whole doesn't happen over night. But you can take your first step today!

15.01.2022 WHY 'ROCK'? Before our big logo launch, I wanted to share with you a little bit about RHF, and today is a look at the reasons behind the name! What drew me to the word is that there are so many meaningful interpretations. The first and most obvious is the strength, beauty and grit of rock in nature. It speaks to the organic malleable state of the human body, and is a metaphor for the physical body being forged over time. Different natural substances coming together, shaped ...by the elements - the heat, wind and rain - by melting, eroding, compacting, constantly creating something new, unique, and tough. I love that rock has many layers that you can see, it tells a story about that rocks history, just as our bodies tell a story about our lives. The name is also an ode to Philip island, "the rock." This beautiful place and incredible community that I have been lucky enough to be welcomed into and call home. I am so excited to keep sharing about this little business and reveal our new logo that embodies everything I have mentioned above! - Coach Elise

08.01.2022 OUTDOOR CLASS SUCCESS! The sun was shining, the physical distancing was in place, and we go out sweat on! We will be running half our weekly classes in the car park and the other half will remain on Zoom for now. ... We are so grateful to have the opportunity to be together in the flesh and be stepping back into a Covid-normal life! Thanks for an awesome class gang!

08.01.2022 OUR 8 WEEK CHALLENGE IS FINISHED! What a crazy 8 weeks it was! Started in the gym, and finished on Zoom! We had our final body scans over the weekend, and the results were INCREDIBLE! Our members have lost kgs on the scales, shedded body fat, reduced visceral fat, and increased muscle mass and fitness! Not to mention reduced their biological age! ... This proves that you don't need any fancy equipment to get results. What you do need is a strategically designed program that is written with your goals in mind, and a network of support and encouragement around you. Well done challengers, you have come out of iso leaner, fitter, and with more energy! (This is a throwback photo - hard to get good action shots on zoom )

Put down the shakes, pills, and cleanses, and get into the gym 3-5 days per week, eat clean, whole foods at least 80% of the week, and get as close to 8 hours of quality sleep every night. ... 04.01.2022 The one thing that will ensure you get results in anything you do is consistentcy. Think of a stream, consistently trickling through a rock for years and years, slowly changing it's shape and making it unique and beautiful. The stream didn't go hard for a few weeks here and a few weeks there, then completely stop flowing for a while. It sets a pace, stays is course, and flows consistently. ... Exercise is like that stream. You don't need to be a raging river. Set a manageable exercise routine and stick with it consistently. That is where you will see the best results

03.01.2022 I once heard being organised described as doing something kind for your future self. I personally don't meal prep in the traditional sense (no shade if that works for you - keep smashing it!!) but on my day off I try to spend around 30-60 mins doing something kind for the me of the coming week. I've got shredded chicken prepared that will last a few meals, veggies chopped and ready to go for 2 days worth of omelettes, and salsa verde made to go with 2 meals this week. ... If you're so busy through the week that good nutrition gets pushed down the list of priorities, try making a meal plan for each day and prepare a few things in advance. Future you will thank you for it
