25.01.2022 After careful consideration, our Committee has regretfully decided, to cancel the Emu Park Fishing Classic for 2020. We have had to think about our very generous sponsors and the financial strain they have been under since early March. The social distancing rules that are currently in place have been also discussed. We are all disappointed that our event will not be held in 2020. However we will forge ahead with the Emu Park Fishing Classic for 2021. Please remember to ...support all of our amazing sponsors over the coming months and into the future. With out them our event would not happen. A big THANK YOU to everyone who has attended and supported our last three fishing classics. We look forward to seeing you all in 2021.

Teams involved are the Cawarral Unquenchables, Emu Park Longnecks, Keppel Sands & Yeppoon. The day is a fundraiser for Clinton (Piggsy) Drew. There is a massive raffle, BBQ and bar (cash only-no eftpos!). So bring a hat, chair, and your wallet to the Cawarral oval and enjoy some ‘seriously social cricket’ while supporting a great cause.
