Instead it needs to be interwound through organisational policy, values and strategy. It needs to be lead supported from the top down and respected as a highly valuable investment. As quoted in this article and as a perfect reflection that both individuals and organizations need to make d...uring COVID-19, we need to rethink how we work in order to properly implement wellbeing at work. https://www.intheblack.com//pros-and-cons-of-corporate-wel

10.01.2022 An essential element of a corporate health and wellbeing program is Financial Fitness. Research suggests that at least 1 in 4 Australians who are within the workforce are financially stressed. This is having a significant impact on their mental and physical health, their relationships and their productivity and concentration levels at work. The research also supports that employees dont leave this at home and at least 3 hours a week within working hours are impacted by this... type of stress. The cost and lost productivity for businesses can be significant. Progressive organisations that are committed to the total wellness of their employees need to take note of the mounting evidence and more importantly take action. Darren Smith of Financial Advice Matters offers an outstanding Financial Fitness programs that I can personally recommend. Have a look at Darrens latest article where he shares the positives he has observed during these trying times. https://www.ifa.com.au//27813-a-new-normal-a-time-for-inno
