25.01.2022 Coffee Showcase If you have had a killer batch brew from us over the past few weeks, chances are it was our absolutely favourite coffee, Kirasa, Burundi. Unknowingly, and by absolute fluke, we have organised an epic showcase of this amazing bean. On offer from today you will find the Kirasa brewed two ways. Same Origin - Same Bean - Same Family - 2 Unique Roast Styles ... Batchy or Espresso. Such a good opportunity to see and taste the subtle deference’s of 2 Roast techniques and how they express unique flavour As always, the hugely talented @unisoncoffeeroasters have kicked this out of the park!

05.01.2022 Equium Social has an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified chef or senior chef to join our crew. We have a strong focus on making from scratch. Pickling, fermenting. We make our own Kombuchas, Meads, Lacto fermented Sodas to name a few. We work closely with local Maitland farm Pillage Farm @pillidgefarm who deliver a seasonal selection of produce week to week. You will be trained to lead service through some of our busiest days. At least 1 weekend day will be included... in the weekly roster. We are a small team of only 15 who work hard and enjoy it.
