24.01.2022 I think our society is a bit obsessed with happiness. Like it’s the ultimate way to be - and it’s a problem if you’re not. With that frame of mind, when I feel bad I’m then trying to fix it and work out how to ‘get better’. Probably quietly frantically. Whereas if I’m just okay with feeling bad - it’s really not that bad. ... I’m quite okay with it now today. It’s just a lull. Pretty calm.
