25.01.2022 A classic to start your Friday I hope you have a great day!

25.01.2022 just hanging around? :)

25.01.2022 Is there anything so beautiful as a single sparkling drop of rain in the forest? I love the simplicity and beauty of this photograph, the gentle colours and subtle bokeh enhance the jewel-like rain drop on the foliage.

25.01.2022 Coastal scrub can be beautiful too. Hamelin Bay, WA #wanderoutyonder #wanderoutyonderleedy

22.01.2022 A trip out to national park near York (Western Australia), and while exploring some granite outcrops, we found a smattering of these tiny purple beauties. I love the earthy bokeh against the bright purple petals.

21.01.2022 From my own garden today :)

19.01.2022 Paper-daisies, or everlastings, these wildflowers are so pretty. In spring you can find whole fields of these in Western Australia and many people take road trips just to see them :) This little bee is enjoying a pale pink paper-daisy, and you can see the range of colours of the other paper daisies in the background :)

19.01.2022 Thank you so much for all the love you have shown the image I posted last week called Zoe’s Bloom (a pink everlasting wildflower, taken last week here in Perth, Western Australia), the support is very much appreciated. If you would like to see more, here is an album I try to keep updated at least semi-regularly! I’ll be heading out to take more photos later in the week, so watch this space! ... https://www.facebook.com/media/set/

19.01.2022 A soft, mood-evoking image from today. What does it mean to you? Does it invoke an emotion, a feeling? For me, it's peace and love, a soft elegance to aspire to.

18.01.2022 Crowned Kangaroo Paw, Western Australia

17.01.2022 Hello? I think the sunflower at the back is trying to peek over it's companion's shoulder :)

17.01.2022 I love this little bee-butt, how adorable!

16.01.2022 Some things just give you a warm glow...for me, it's taking photos..for you, how about this? :)

15.01.2022 The best thing about macro in the garden, is that you see tiny details that are so easily missed.

15.01.2022 Today's new image, bought to you by fuzzy bees, wildflowers, and an incredible warm energy. What do you think?

14.01.2022 A visit to Pinjarra, Western Australia last month, and I was met with this amazing tranquil scene. There were no sounds other than the slightest breeze in the leaves, some distant birds and the murmur of the river water behind me. In this spot, the water was so still (it was about 7am) that the reflections were just spectacular. I chose to present this in black and white as I felt it enhanced it's beauty and mystery.

13.01.2022 sunflowers are amazing! The bees certainly think so too!

12.01.2022 I had the best day taking wildflower photos today! First of the new photos coming shortly! Watch this space :)
