We have now reached the final stages of the recruitment process and we are currently conducting interviews with the shortlisted candidates, after which we will be offering positions for the Graduate Program. 19.01.2022 Estia Health are excited to announce applications for their 2017 Graduate Nursing Internship (GNI) will be opening in 2 weeks on the 26th September, 2017. The GNI 2017 program is building upon the strong foundations from last year and looking to take the next step. I can confirm there will be 40 positions available across Australia. Take the time now to inform your friends, prepare your resumes and gather your references (make sure you tell them you are using them as we may... ring them), we will post details shortly as to how to apply and the process going forward. 12.01.2022 Have you received an invitation to attend an Assessment Centre? Congratulations, you are one step closer to becoming part of the Estia Health family. Feeling a bit nervous? Don't worry, most of our candidates have never experienced a group interview, so over the next few days we'll provide you with some tips to help you prepare!

11.01.2022 So you've applied for the Graduate Nursing Internship... Now what? The recruitment team here at Estia Health are busy short-listing all your applications. ... Those who are successful for first round interviews, will receive a call during the course of this week and next week for a phone interview. This interview will take around 15 minutes. If you miss the call, please return it as soon as you can! Following a successful phone interview, you may be invited to attend an Assessment Centre. These will take place week commencing 10 August and 17 August in NSW, QLD, VIC and SA. We do ask you to let us know if you can't make the interview date, as there is only a limited number of places available. If you happen to be short-listed after the Assessment Centre, one on one interviews will be organised for you with Human Resources and one our Executive Directors.
