25.01.2022 Just like that my Maternity Leave has begun. Thank you everyone for your continued support over the last year from my dreaded morning sickness days through to my current swollen feet. It has been a great year, but am looking forward to having the next 2-3 weeks off before welcoming our second child into the world. We will be sure to keep you all updated upon its arrival. ... The clinic will be closed from 27th October 2018, with plans to reopen in April 2019. We will be taking bookings from mid March 2019 with exact dates and times to be confirmed. A list of registered practitioners in the local region for acupuncture and massage will be published next week as a referral point for everyone looking for treatment in my absence. We wish everyone a safe and happy Christmas and New year and look forward to seeing you all in 2019.

21.01.2022 Hello everyone With our holidays quickly approaching we just wanted to say thank you for all your patience with scheduling the last few weeks, as we have been trying to see as many clients as possible before we leave. 20.01.2022 We have hit the ground running. Our first month back following maternity leave has been a big one. We are currently open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between the hours of 10am-5pm as a general guide. As I have only returned part time there is about a week wait at present for an appointment. I am more than happy to add your name to a cancellation list for last minute appointments but please try book ahead to avoid disappointment. 17.01.2022 We would like to apologise for any delays this week getting back to calls and texts. We were busy birthing a human. We proudly welcome to the world our little boy Winter Leo. Born Tuesday 18th. We are trying to stay on top of all scheduling at this time but will be doing reduced hours this week until we all settle back in. 11.01.2022 Merry fking titsmas Wednesday 18 December at 7:10am we started our breast cancer journey. The speed in which medical staff in Gladstone have moved in the last 48 hours has been phenomenal. This afternoon we met with our oncologist and will start chemo before this year is out. The next 6 month are going to be rough, please be kind and patient with us. We have chosen a dose dense chemo option ( intense delivery every 14 days) to try contain it a bit better to improve outcomes..., so please don’t be offended if you see me out and about and I don’t want to chat. The clinic will be closed during this time so I can focus on my health and being present with my family. Thank you everyone for your support following my return to work post maternity leave in April. I will be waiting to see how I recover, but hope to be back in clinic toward the end of 2020. Have a safe holiday everyone Big love from our family to yours

11.01.2022 Last year I was one of the 150,000 people diagnosed with cancer in Australia. Today is daffodil day and by some divine coincidence I’m also ringing the bell, which is a big milestone for cancer patients. Today marks the end of what I consider my active part of treatment ( I still have immune and hormone therapy in the form of daily tablets, monthly injections, and 3 weekly infusions for the next 6m-10 years depending on the therapy , but that’s another story). Today marks t...he end of this chapter, today I receive my final round of radiation. It has been a whirlwind 9 months of treatment, 4.5 months of chemo, surgery, 6 weeks of daily radiation, and countless blood tests, scans, and injections. But as of today I should have decreased my risk of reoccurrence down to a promising 5%. And I am looking forward to getting back some health and starting to look like me again. Cancer treatment isn’t kind. Thank you to all the helping hands I have had along the way. To Renee for enduring my medical menopause and eternal whinging, and our families for all their sacrifices. To friends, for food, care packages, check ins, hellos, garden clean ups. It has all made such a difference in our lives. 07.01.2022 The weather may be against us today as Cyclone Debbie's tail whips her way down the coast, but we are still open for treatment. Power hasn't been reliable today so we have filled the clinic with candles and are enjoying natures relaxing sound track. Thoughts are with everyone who has endured the wrath of TC Debbie so far and a big thank you in advance to everyone who will band together in good Aussie style and help with the mammoth clean up ahead. My beautiful Gran has had a turn in health overnight and we are going to be spending the week with her at this stage incase it’s our last. ... 06.01.2022 Evolutions Acupuncture wishes to inform all clients we will be on Holidays from 20th July 2018 and reopening on 7th August 2018. We have some amazing adventures planned with some friends from overseas, but look forward to seeing everyone back in the clinic in August. 01.01.2022 Time has flown With the end of the year fast approaching it’s hard to believe I have finally entered my last trimester. For those who haven’t been in for a while or have completely missed the growing bump We are happy to announce we are expecting our 2nd child in November. With only 7/8 weeks to go before I start maternity leave we encourage you all to get in quick as appointments are filling up fast. If all goes well I hope to work till the end of October at this stage. The... clinic will be closed from the start of November 2018 and will be reopening in April 2019. If you require treatment during this time I will provide a list of registered and qualified practitioners in order for you to still receive treatment in my absence. I would like to thank everyone for their patience so far and for the next few weeks as I try to accommodate everyone as best as possible before I start leave.

01.01.2022 Good Morning. Well with July already upon us and only 174 days until Christmas, this would be a good time to mention our upcoming holidays. We will be jetting off in the coming months to attend two overseas weddings for some fantastic friends of ours. We will be away from August 1st - and will reopen on Monday 28th August. The arrival of our first child has presented many challenges this year and put my ability to multitask to the absolute test.
