23.01.2022 Registrations are now open for Growing for Gold 2020. We are inviting children aged 5 to 16 to come along to Eyre Royals Cricket Club and give CRICKET a try for... free! Head to the www.growingforgold.com.au and pick the session you want to try for free, then come along and give it a go. Anybody who decides to join the club after participating will receive a $30 SportsPower voucher. Growing for Gold is a collaboration between the City of PAE, City of Salisbury and City of Playford.

18.01.2022 Big thanks to Enfield United Community Cricket Club for putting on a great day yesterday for both games on and off the field. It’s always a great game against Enfield played in good spirits. A great day for both clubs. Congratulations to Rob Turner on 500 games. A huge achievement for such a humble and selfless person who has done so much for Enfield over the many years. Well Done Rob.

We're currently run off our feet with bookings today, but we're trying our best to keep up with the extra jobs coming our way. 14.01.2022 Official opening: May 6th 1964. Claimed to cost 143,000, the nine bedroom two storey hotel was built in the pink brick so familiar in English public houses, to... appeal to the many migrants from Britain who lived in the district. Instead of the two usual large bars to be found in most Australian hotels, originally the "Rosie" had five small ones including an oak panelled mixed bar at the northern end which was expected to delight people from Britain. Three different parties could be accommodated at the same time and all could be shut off individually. The main lounge could seat 85 people, the small dining room, 24, and the upstairs party room could accommodate 60 people. The English and royal theme was continued in the carpet, the hotel’s most striking feature. Woven in England to a special design, its rich redness is highlighted by a pattern of gold roses and crowns. Wooden panelling is featured throughout the hotel.
