25.01.2022 Did you notice our row of weights today? This week we are focusing on progression "the process of developing or moving gradually towards a more advanced state."... True strength and fitness comes from regularly progressing. This could be from increasing your weights, dropping to a smaller band on the pull ups, squatting lower and pausing at the bottom, jumping instead of stepping up or trying so push ups on your toes. So this week - your challenge is to progress - pick an exercise and think about how you can progress (if you are unsure ask a coach) What exercise will you progress this week? #f45byford

20.01.2022 Hands up if you LOVED firestorm today 27 stations (hello mini hollywood) you were bound to get a sweat on. Did you know- F45 alternates between cardio and weight days. This allows our members to be able to train hard each day and fully recover before the next round of cardio or weights.... What haven't they thought of?! 19.01.2022 Ready - Set - Go! The challenge has officially begun This week let's focus on our goals... - firstly, what are they (share in comments) - how will you achieve them over the next 45 days? Once you have a goal you need to break it down further to work out how you plan on reaching it. How many days a week can you commit to it? Will you follow a plan? Does your current lifestyle match your goal or will changes need to be made? Can you realistically make those changes and can you hold them long term? Think about this - come Monday, 45 days will pass regardless, so why not use those days to feel good, reach goals, get fitter, get stronger and just be a straight up bad ass ... Makes sense to me What do you need to do? take photos - white wall, well light, in underwear/ bathers or tight fitting clothes get a scan- this will provide data to track progress over the next 7 weeks download the F45 challenge app - here you will find, recipes, articles and heaps of learning stuff about the challenge after something more personalised?
