25.01.2022 Restrictions have eased further Goooooo Victoria!!! So we are now moving out of the box!! Our tiles have been amazing, and served us well ... it’s been a great way to ease back into studio life, but here we come! You get a rower, you get a rower, everyone gets a rower!!!! We will also have a slightly greater studio capacity so keep your eye on your bookings crew as you may just get dropped in off a waitlist!... If you’d like to hit up more than one class a day, go for it!! If you’d like to train at one of our sister studios, go for it!! Reminder to cancel at least 8HRS early to allow another member to train! Please be respectful of everyone and honour your booking! Please remember your towel, and drink bottle. We do have towels for sale if required! We thank all our members for continuing to do the right thing, and appreciate you all working with us! But through the challenges, uncertainty and often heartbreaking moments ... we came together, building our community stronger than ever before! Together ... we made it!! Looking back on the year, there are so many highlights - hence the long video I couldn’t cut any shorter!! We’ve grown as people, and as a business. We adapted and were able to overcome a lot of adversity. We focused on the little thing...s, has more gratitude and realised we couldn’t take any day for granted. 02.01.2022 MEMBER TRANSFORMATIONS Check it out! The gorgeous Vanessa - @nesscanning - has used this opportunity to transform her health and fitness!! Determined! Committed! Driven! Vanessa was organised and had a clear goal in mind from the very beginning! No excuses, she trained every day, working hard and following her meal plan! Vanessa has some pre-existing injuries we work around, nevertheless we always have her pushing herself in each session! ... This challenge wasn’t an easy one, we couldn’t go to the studio to train and all the hard work was done at home. We had to be true and more accountable to ourselves but that made me even more determined to do my best and achieve something awesome out of our Stage 4 lockdown. If I was going to be stuck at home, I was making it worth my while!!! I lost 6.4 kg on the scales and 24.5 cm from around my body. Not bad for an old duck! I am stronger and fitter and I feel amazing!! I’m very proud and incredibly thankful to F45 Congrats Vanessa on your phenomenal results! They truly are a reflection of that dedication mentioned!!!
