20.01.2022 Dear Valued Customers, Due to disruptions caused by COVID-19, we are currently experiencing high call volumes. At this point in time we are assisting travellers who are overseas, travelling during this month and through to May as a matter of urgency. 04.01.2022 To Our Valued Customers We are sad to say that Flight Centre Shepparton Marketplace is in the process of closing it's doors Due to circumstances beyond our control we will be merging our stores with Flight Centre Shepparton in Wyndham Street by the end of April 2020.... If you have a booking being looked after by a consultant, this will not change If you have credits with us, your airline, tour company etc, this will not change We will have access to all of these in the other shop so don't worry at all! We have a record of it! Please be patient in this unprecedented time as we focus on looking after our customers affected by Covid-19, handle cancellations and reschedules as well as closing and merging our store.
