24.01.2022 Friday Roundup up!!!!!! It’s our favourite day of the week! 1. Lizzie whipped up some donuts as an after school treat - she loves how easy and quick they are and she especially loves that they are baked and not fried... 2. Candice made some Bunbury biscuits for her daughters Teddy Bear Picnic at kinder......she says we have to take her word that they were delicious because she doesn’t have a photo to show 3. We had two young bakers make Mabels Muffins and donuts all by themselves without any help from their parents. They were so proud of their creations and we couldn’t be happier. We LOVE hearing that our products are so easy that children are getting into the kitchen and giving baking a go. 20.01.2022 Bread makers......how do you use them in conjunction with our breadmix? We’ve had some questions recently about our traditional breadmix and how to use them in bread makers. We usually advise to only use the bread maker if it has a gluten free setting because otherwise the machine will over-knead it and it becomes hard. If you use a bread maker, how do you use it with our traditional bread mix? ... Do you use our recipe, or do you follow the manufactures recipe? What’s your tips and tricks? Okay....GO!!!
