24.01.2022 We're excited to announce some changes to our ticketing for our 2020 event. This year we will be offering a payment option, where you can secure your ticket early and pay your ticket off during the year. Now you can choose what you pay and when you pay it, all through your own secure payments page. Maybe you want to pay weekly? Maybe you want to pay lump sums at various times? You can choose your own payment plan to suit you, while securing your place at the festival.... Tickets will be available from Sat, 1st of Feb until sold out. We have had a lot of interest in this years festival, which is really exciting but we do have limited spaces so tickets will be on a first in, first served basis. This year we have made tickets available earlier as we are offering a new payment option, where you can secure your ticket and pay it off during the year. You can choose what you pay and when you pay it, all through your own secure payments page. ... Maybe you want to pay weekly? Maybe you want to pay lump sums at various times? Also, you would have noticed that we haven't announced our facilitators or workshops. No need to worry, because when we do you will still get the first choice! 09.01.2022 So, this virus. We are living in strange times aren't we. We are seeing a lot of information and misinformation in regards to how and what we should do, especially when it comes to gatherings of people. As Event Directors we have a duty of care to you and to our volunteers and facilitators. Something we take very seriously through our planning and preparations. We are seeing gatherings and major events cancelling or rescheduling and we understand why. We get it. ... But we want to reassure you that the festival will continue as planned. We will continue to plan and prepare, book and secure our facilitators and create an amazing experience. But. Yes, there is a but. We will also prepare for the worst, as no one knows the future or can predict how this may impact us all in November. So, we want to reassure you that if you have already booked your ticket, or do decide to book, and for some reason we are unable to go ahead with the festival due to reasons beyond our control then you will be given a full refund for your ticket, less a $35 booking and administration fee. We will re evaluate the impacts in August. We care about you, your wellbeing and we still want this to happen. I think we all need these gatherings to happen, more than ever. We will also work with the venue to make sure we prepare and create a safe, clean and healthy environment and put extra cleaning and hygiene measures in place. So please stay strong, stay informed and don't panic. Remember that we all have fears and anxieties and we need to stay calm, show compassion, love and respect for one another. A chance to get our families and communities closer, rather than further a part. 06.01.2022 Ok, so we have listened and read your feedback about wanting to stay longer..... we have heard you say it needs another full day. So, we have added another afternoon of magic, food and fibre fun and HAVE NOT increased the ticket price! Which now takes the festival to three full days and nights. Yip. That means a longer experience, more delicious meals and even more exciting additions you'll love that we will release later this year...... Here's a look at our basic schedule! 03.01.2022 The Festival is located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland and is surrounded by a lush stretch of the Maroochy River and 14 acres of native bush land. It's also only a short walk to the Wappa Falls waterfall where you can take a dip! We also have a range of accommodation options each with various levels of comfort. Included in your ticket price is camping and dorm accommodation but if you really wanted to upgrade, we offer limited upgraded rooms and a 'Glamping ...Ground'. Fancy!
