08.01.2022 How many times a week do you train? I used to train 5-6 days a week, but I found that it was taking a toll on my body and I was more anxious than usual. So, I dropped it to 3x days a week and did that for about 2-3 weeks. I am now trying to train 4-5x days per week and splitting my workout days into different body parts. Sometimes, LESS is MORE!
