24.01.2022 Looking for expressions of interest! As many of you already know my main job is a PE Health teacher and lately I have been wondering how I could incorporate this into my PT business.... So here is what I am thinking and would love to know if there is a demand for it. Specialised fitness sessions for primary age kids, sessions would be for half hour and encourage kids to be active, healthy and positive! If you are someone who would be interested in this service or have any suggestions on a different fitness service that you would be interested in please comment as I would love to hear from you
24.01.2022 The other day I received this lovely message from my client which she wanted me to share! Every time I see her she puts in 110% and it shows in her results! Always a pleasure to train This pic was my turning point. I saw this photo and thought, omg this is the biggest I've ever been. I didn't realise just how big I had become. I felt sluggish & tired ALL THE TIME, moody, craving sugar and salt & foggy minded. Now, all of that has been reversed. I feel GREAT! I feel on top of... the world! But most importantly, because I FEEL well and can THINK straight, I'm HAPPY :) I've fallen off my fitness journey multiple times in the last 12 months. But Amanda made me stick to it. Amanda taught me the importance of 'mind over matter'. This is that hardest thing to train! Really hard! I have worked really hard & been able to strengthen this. Now I crave a fitness challenges! What else can my body do?! I'm keen to know! I'm so very proud of myself for making it to this next step. This is not the end. It's only the beginning! 21.01.2022 Looking back on my page I realise I am really bad at this social media thing. Oops! It's time for me to take a break from my PT life and focus on my family and teaching career. Thanks to everyone who has come along to a session with me over the past 5 years I have enjoyed training/laughing/chatting with each and every one of you! Alot of people tend to focus on the way they look for their motivation for fitness motivation, instead we should focus on how it makes us feel mentally. Regular physical activity is proven to improve mental health, the body changes are just a bonus! Take a step towards improving you and take some time out of your day to be a better you through physical activity!!
