Despite of not totally agreeing in eating fast food, sometimes is necessary to reward yourself with a burger and chips or any cravings you may have. Rather than being strict with my diet I choose to be flexible. ... After many years in the fitness industry I understand that strict diets have quick results, for a short period of time, on the other hand flexible diets have slow results, but forever.
