18.01.2022 Cant wait to get back flying. With restrictions starting to lift in Victoria, its time now more than ever to get motivated and prepare the body for a return to activities. We are at highest risk of injury when our bodies are unaccustomed to an activity, when loads spike If you want advice on how best to avoid injury when returning to the activities you love, send me a message or comment below

15.01.2022 Cirque su Soleil and in particular the show #Corteo have had a hugely significant impact on my life. Some of my best memories, experiences, life lessons and friendships occurred whilst living on tour, the cirque family remains very dear to my heart. Currently my cirque family is spread all over the world, and it is a world full of uncertainty as we navigate this pandemic. Whilst the news today is painful, I truly believe the beauty of cirque will be reincarnated and live on. I cant wait to see what comes next. But for now, it feels a little helpless when all I can do is send love and virtual hugs to the entire cirque community. Besos y abrazos. Here are some of my favourite behind the scenes moments and memories of working in pmed in the artistic tent. There really were too many to choose from.
