Everyone is welcome - however, it is FREE for Movember participants. If you aren't growing a Mo for Movember, we will donate 50% of your regular class fee to Movember for Mens Health. "Your Dough Will Save a Bro". Dan is also taking part in Movember for his eighth year running, his goal this year is to do 2 hrs of exercise a day x 7 hours a week to reach his 60 hour target for the campaign.
