04.01.2022 Hey Friends! My name is Amy! I've been a photographer in business for the last 10 years, navigating motherhood (and sleep deprivation) while running what I consider to be a successful business that meets the needs of my family. At the end of last year I decided to create and launch my very first retreat, @fortheloveoffamilies and you all nearly sold it out within 48 hours which was just so amazing and encouraging! This retreat was born out of discussions with 'frie...ndtographers' and hearing what they were struggling with in business. It seemed like an 'outside the industry voice' was needed because y'all, business is business! I'm really excited to bring a new kind of photography retreat to you with a focus on social media education (thanks @thedigitalpicnic ) branding education from branding ninja @suzchadwick and money advice from the lovely lady @lauraelkaslassy ! We'll be chatting pricing and products while also throwing in a little creative shooting time as well as a trip to the hot mineral springs because you know, #selfcare ! Talk really LOUDLY to your clients in order to direct them 2. Try not to get in the reflexion ... 3. Hope that your client doesn't have fly screens and dirty windows 4. Pray it turns out!
