25.01.2022 FARMERS MARKET This Saturday 11th Jan from 8am-1pm we will be holding a raffle as our first fundraising event for the new year at the Beaumaris Farmers Market. In keeping with our centre values of being active members of our community and given the devastating fires that have taken place over the break, we as a committee have decided that 50% of all funds raised will be donated to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal.... We also have some slots available for volunteers to help sell tickets over two shifts 8am-1030am and 1030am-1pm. This contribution will go towards your compulsory participation total for the year. 23.01.2022 HOW TO MANAGE MELTDOWNS, TAME TANTRUMS, AND RAISE AN EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT CHILD What are we supposed to do when our child is having a tantrum? ... Most of our responses no matter how well-intended can make things worse. We tell them to stop it, calm down, cut it out and they dont! They get worse! We send them to their room, take the iPad it all backfires. Dealing with little peoples big emotions (and challenging behaviours) in the middle of an outburst is tough!

Santa has his motorbike packed and he is making his way to Friendship Square for our annual childrens Christmas party on Friday night. Bring along a rug and some drinks.
