25.01.2022 Victorian State Minister for Industry and Employment, Ben Carroll visited our Clyde farm today to announce a $2 million grant that will assist in the multi-million dollar build of our new Cultivation Campus in South East Victoria. This new addition to our national farming footprint will deliver 250,000 units of herbs and leafy greens a week directly to consumers across the East coast of Australia, whilst creating in excess of 100 new jobs over the next 3 years. Victorians get ready for a fresh revolution!

24.01.2022 First season harvests at our new far North Queensland farm yield better then we expected with a strong pungent aroma and hardy leafy basil bound for Customers across the country this week. 1400kg will be harvested and will be available in our Garnished Flavours branding from our retailers, market agents and food service distributors. 15.01.2022 The Fresh Leaf First tropical green house in Queensland is pumping basil in the middle of the Far North Queensland wet season. This is the first 4,000 Sqm stage and second 6,000 Sqm stage is currently being planned, this will provide over 5 tonnes of local leafy greens to our local customers in Qld and support our southern farms through the winter months. The team is working hard to convert Australians herbs and leafy greens to sustainable growing methods to ensure Australians get the best fresh food possible!

10.01.2022 Lemon Balm, currently growing at our specialty farm - this amazing micro herb has many uses aside from being a fantastic zesty lemony addition to many dishes. Lemon Balm has been used for medicinal purposes over centuries with the belief of its healing properties. Described qualities such as soothing and calming it has been used to potentially promote sleep and improve moods, aid in digestion, reduce inflammation and act as an antibacterial product.

08.01.2022 Hey Guys, Its winter and my plants are growing slower than ever and our team is fighting the cold days to ensure that our consumers and chefs around the country get their beautiful herbs for their families and patrons dishes. Aside from my 1st world problems, I acknowledge that there are thousands of homeless people sleeping without shelter in Australia every night. ... So this year I will be participating in the St Vincent de Paul Society CEO Sleep out and I will sleep out with nothing but a sleeping bag and a piece of cardboard on the 21st June. 08.01.2022 Our farming team are getting our Victorian Glass houses ready for summer. We apply a white thermal protective and dissolvable paint to the top of glass houses. Helicopter application gives us the best results.
