25.01.2022 We are very excited to announce we are stocking the new locally hand crafted DEVOTED Artisan Butter range. Made right here in Perth by Sarah Aubault using local produce. (only the Kombu for the seaweed butter is imported from Japan). Currently in stock we have Natural, Slightly Salted and the amazing Seaweed butters. The Seaweed butter is incredible when topped on a cooked steak or with seafood (hello scallops!).... The salted and natural varieties are sheer perfection when smeared on fresh crusty bread and spectacular when used in your baking recipes. It turns out, there is a scientific reason behind whether you love or hate Brussel sprouts, and it's got to do with your genes! ...... A 2011 study by Cornwall College found that sprouts contain a chemical, similar to phenylthiocarbamide, which only tastes bitter to people who have a variation of a certain gene.
