25.01.2022 Over the past 2 weeks, we have had many offers of help and support. We have put this list together with some items we are in need of to continue to expand the production of our meals at this time. 24.01.2022 From all of us at Foothills, have a safe Easter. We will be open Easter Monday night for takeaway meals (no food parcels) at Upwey and Wednesday night at Ferntree Gully. Both serving from 5.30pm and all welcome. We can also organize delivered meals for anyone in the Knox and Dandenong Ranges area via our Community Casseroles program. 23.01.2022 With this week's announcement that Melbourne is now in stage 4 restrictions, it is an uncertain and anxious time for many of us. We want to assure everyone that as an essential service, we will continue to operate and provide meals and support for people needing some extra support at this time. We will continue to serve our freshly made, hot takeaway meals with care packages every Monday night in Upwey and Wednesday night in Ferntree Gully from 5.30pm. No need to book.... Delivered home-cooked frozen meals and care packages can also be arranged for residents of Knox and the Dandenong Ranges via our Community Casseroles. 02.01.2022 Recently we held our 18th annual Ferntree Gully Christmas Day Lunch with over 230 people coming along to share and celebrate together. We are incredibly thankful for the amazing generous support we receive from so many people and groups who donated goods, funds and their time to make this day special for so many who would normally be spending Christmas alone.
