21.01.2022 We are excited to provide Occupational Therapy Driving Assessments and Rehabilitation for the Great Southern community in 2018. We welcome referrals to assist clients with a medical condition, disability or require a review to assess their fitness to drive and rehabilitation needs. Clients may be eligible for the ILC Disability Equipment Grant (DEG) subsidy program or rebates available through DVA or private ancillary Occupational Therapy cover. ... Functional Revival will arrange appointments directly and discuss the most suitable financial options with clients. We look forward to expanding services to our community in 2018.
