25.01.2022 We are all in uncharted territory, but I would like to confirm that we will be remaining open as usual until the government forces everyone to close. If you would like to minimize contact with us when you bring your dog in please feel free to write us a detailed note of what you would like done with your dog or simply write the same groom as usual and then you can drop and run We are happy to work with people in whatever way to minimize exposure while still maintaining our day to day lives

19.01.2022 Hi everyone, we have had a call this morning as there is someone with our business name that’s meant to be SOR up in the northern suburbs and it’s caused some confusion for our customers thinking we are back to mobile grooming as well. The pink van/trailer IS NOT US. We are only operating out of the salon in Greenwood, we have no affiliation with this lady at all and just thought this would help stop further confusion for our amazing customers

18.01.2022 As we all know flea season is here but there is a few myths about fleas that I would like to share. Unless dogs come in together from the same house they are not able to interact with any other dog while in our care so fleas won’t jump from an infected dog to yours, when dogs come in they are washed first removing most adults and eggs, then blow dried, occasionally the odd one can survive but it’s then removed during the clipping process where the fur is bagged immediately af...ter it’s clipped off your dog. When the dog is finished the bin, grooming table and equipment is then cleaned/ sprayed in a flea treatment solution and once a week our entire premises is insect bombed which kills fleas as well. To keep your dog flea free you must treat them with a monthly flea treatment, just walking your dog in the park means they can get fleas. Please read the articles below as they tell you where fleas live in outdoor areas. We will never turn away a dog just because it has fleas, every dog needs love and pampering and we flea wash all dogs we find with fleas. We try our best to make sure all dogs are flea free when they leave our salon whether they came in with fleas or not and we always will tell an owner upon collection if we noticed them. We always do our best but We won’t be held accountable if you do find that your dog has fleas because there is just no way of knowing where they came from as they do live in the outdoors everywhere. It’s also the time of year that allergies massively flair up, please if your dog is scratching don’t assume fleas, look over them completely if you can’t see anything then consider allergies as they can develop at any age or time of year See more

14.01.2022 It’s the time of year for the wild and wooly to come in before grass seeds, prickles or sever matting leave you with a vet bill. These are a few of our recent clients, looking much cooler for the weather ahead No judgment and no extra charge on matted dogs(not that the ones pictures were) we just want them comfortable it just might take us a little extra time to get through the coat so please be patient with us if we take a little longer then usual as the weather starts to warm up

11.01.2022 We have made up a board that sits next to our reception desk with all the grooming blade sizes on it to help everyone understand sizes and lengths. The beautiful Maltese was done in a #5, her coat was matted so her feet had to be shorter then the rest of her and the Handsome cav was done in a #3 While we always try and fill a length requested by an owner it’s not always possible if we come across knots/mats in the coat that have to go shorter to get off, the dogs welfare and comfort is always put first

08.01.2022 It’s coming into flea season and with the warmer weather also the grass seeds are getting stuck in the dogs fur. Come in and see us to get avoid the vet bill. Every second full groom is 25% off with our rewards card. We have been grooming since 2004 so lots of experience. Open Tuesday’s - Saturdays available from 9am. We are located in Canham Way Greenwood.

03.01.2022 There is lockdown again effective 6pm tonight till 6pm Friday. Just as last time we will remain OPEN as we can’t work from home so if you have an appt and are FEELING WELL you can still bring your dog, but please follow WA guidelines and use our hand sanitizer upon arrival and wear a mask as they are mandatory now. If you are unwell please reschedule and please respect the 1.5m distant rules at all times. Thank you everyone and please stay safe and well

03.01.2022 We open till the government orders all non essential businesses to shut. We have lines marked out to keep social distancing, and ask that no more then 3 people wait in the shop area at a time, we will be adjusting our open times to close at 2pm Tuesday to Fridays and the normal 1pm on Saturdays effective immediately. If you would like complete no contact drop off of your dogs that can be easily arranged when you book your appointment if you just let us know we can tell you what we need from you and where to put your dog upon drop off. Stay safe everyone and have a happy Easter

02.01.2022 Update for everyone. Our industry is not yet one that is been forced to close as we have a very large space and work with dogs not people, so we will be open as usual from 9am tomorrow.
