07.01.2022 One of the best ways to prevent a nutritional deficiency is to eat a balanced diet that includes whole foods like fruit/vegetables, nuts/seeds and grains (when possible) I try to aim to have at least one salad most days ..... that way I can still enjoy chocolate (because we all know I’m never giving up that ) #balance #moderation But seriously salads are so easy, especially when you get the pre-packed ones from the supermarkets.... just add your prefer...red protein and anything extra (I’ve got halloumi & Thai tofu) then enjoy!! #nutrition #salads #wholefoods #nutritionaltherapy #food #health #enjoy #everythinginmoderation #nutritioncoach #yoga #personaltrainer #melbourne

I offer 1:1, couples and small group fitness sessions that include a tailored mix of strength, functional, cardio/Hiit, yoga, pilates and mobility training. I also offer guided meditation and nutritional advice to support a holistic lifestyle approach to achieve your goals. About me: I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 8 years aft...er graduating top (champion) of my class as a qualified Master Trainer. I started working in traditional gyms and fitness classes before graduating to my own business specialising in 1:1 PT and group functional training/ boot camp style sessions. As my own fitness journey continued, I developed interest in a more holistic practice, which led me to train as a Yoga Teacher (335hr) and Pilates Instructor. I have spent the last four years building experience in studios and gyms dedicated to these disciplines. This only deepened my interest in holistic health, leading to mindful eating and meditation practices being part of my daily routine and something I love to share with others. In order to further my ability to offer holistic health and wellbeing solutions to clients, I am currently completing a Diploma in Natural Health Science. My passion and purpose is to help ordinary people live a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and effective, no matter the starting point or other circumstances involved in that persons life. 03.01.2022 Vitality Truffles !!! 100grams apricots (soaked in hot water for 10mins then drained!) Process in blender with 100g raw nuts (I used almonds) , add 100g dried prunes, 100g oats, 50g raisins & 100g dried figs untill combined. Roll into balls and coat with chai seeds, oats or sesame seeds. 90cals, carbs 10g, 4g fat, 2g fibre per piece! Keep in the fridge #rawlifestyle #cleantreat #cleaneating
