A lot of you know me, but for those who don't, I suffer from Anxiety Disorder! I may seem calm and look like I have it all together, but so do many others who suffer from anxiety and mental illness. But there are days that we suffer greatly, don't have it all together and just want to not feel scared and alone. I'm posting this to raise awareness about anxiety and mental health! For those out there who suffer, you are not alone Be kind to each other, check in on your friends and family and most of all, let's work together
