16.01.2022 This is one of my favourite machines, the Posture Pullover. You can really feel the stretch throughout your body. The Posture Pullover exercises the chect, uppe...r back and shoulder muscles, thus helping to improve posture. The movement also stretches and exapnds the ribcage and the tricep muscles (back of the arms) also benefit. You can also add legwork as well, increasing the activity in your abdominal muscles and core. By keeping your spine neutral, you can extend and flex your legs. Suitable for everyone and a really effective machine for full body exercises.

They are not professional...s, they are doing very substandard work, if at all, when they get the money. They are in the Narrandera area and have already ripped off one farmer that we are aware of.
