16.01.2022 Go-Kan-Ryu Karate (GKR) is a traditional Japanese style of karate. GKR was founded by Robert Sullivan in Adelaide, South Australia. Robert first began training in the art of karate in 1964, and spent time training and teaching in both Japan and the USA before establishing GKR in 1984. GKR Karate is taught in a non-contact environment and promotes both character and physical development. GKR is a club for all ages and promotes self-defence, fitness, coordination, discipline, c...onfidence and stress relief. 09.01.2022 These photos are of a class only a couple of weeks before the lockdown!! I will never take for granted being able to get in the dojo, again!! I miss our dojo and our classes filled with all of your great energy!! We will get back again, but for now, join me for our live online zoom classes every Sunday morning from 9am! oh and the photos of Raffas awesome karate birthday cake were thrown in for good measure.

07.01.2022 Hi guys, its Sensei Nada here! Hope you are all staying healthy and well. Missing seeing you all in the dojo already and having fun at our weekly Sunday morning karate class! As you already know, GKR has suspended all membership fees during our closure of classes. BUT, there is now the ONLINE DOJO and the Kata videos!!!... So, jump on the website to subscribe or call the admin office or you can even contact me if you have any questions!! This is perfect for you to keep up your karate training and keep fit whilst isolating at home! Something to seriously consider as we dont know how long this Coronavirus shutdown will last. Best wishes to you all and happy training!! Ps please post pictures of yourself training with the online classes!
