17.01.2022 Training with GKR during COVID-19 Lockdown. Many of our Region 30 champions are training online. For many karate is an outlet they need right now. Some have even graded during lockdown. So why do people want to train online?... Ø They love the way training makes them feel Ø To improve their kata and get one on one feedback Ø Love training in their gi Ø Training is available to them everyday Ø Can stay at home and exercise for more than an hour Ø They only need a small space to train.
