14.01.2022 One of our amazing Aqua members is asking for any donations of old, used or unwanted COTTON FLANELETTE sheets for the lining of a number of different rescued wildlife pouches she is making, like the one in the photo. An incentive to buy yourself new sheets for the next winter and help our animals in this time of need. Drop them into your closest YMCA location. Any help will be much appreciated.

10.01.2022 Hi everyone. As you'd be aware, schools and most user groups have all made the call to cancel their pool bookings at our Centre. Because of the financial impacts of these measures have had on the operations of the centre, we've made the call to close a little earlier than normal. So, rather than next Friday, tomorrow, 18 March will be the last day to make a splash this summer. The evidence and direction that we've been provided with by the Department of Health is that chlor...inated pools are safe for people to be using and enjoying and we should be 'business as usual' for now. Unfortunately, due the loss of the bookings for the rest of this week and next week it's not practical or viable to keep heating and treating the pool at this time of the year (with those cool night our boilers really struggle to keep the pool warm). Barossa Park YMCA Wellness Centre and Clarence Aquatic Centre YMCA will continue to operate with even stricter hygiene protocols than normal. We'll be offering our members a transfer to Clarence Aquatic Centre or a credit for next year. Thanks for all your support and we look forward to seeing you next summer!
