08.01.2022 Sunday breakfast. Carrot, coconut, hemp seed & chia pudding with pear & Vegan yogurt and fresh fruit salad with strawberries from Aldi. This is soooooo good for a fresh breaky. RECIPE: SERVES 2 1.5 cups Almond Milk 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds... 1 Tablespoon Desiccated Coconut 1 Desertspoon Hemp Seed 1 small Carrot grated A little boiling water Fresh Fruit Salad for bowl. METHOD DAY BEFORE: Place grated Carrot in a glass or bowl, add a little boiling water, stir then add all other ingredients & mix with a fork. Divide mixture into 2 serving glasses & refrigerate until morning. Cut Fruit as a Salad & place in fridge. NEXT DAY: Add half chopped Pear into each Glass & top with Vegan Yogurt and serve with fresh fruit salad. #VeganWangaratta See more
