24.01.2022 We now have a limited amount of leg hams and a few whole shoulder hams available for Xmas @ $20/kg. Average weight is 6-8 kg.

22.01.2022 Too funny not to share! Paddy and Murphy went out one day and each bought a pig. When they got home, Paddy turned to Murphy and said, "Murphy, how we gonna tell who owns which pig?"... Murphy says, "Well Paddy, I'll cut one a ta' ears off my pig, and ten we can tell 'em apart." "Ah, tat'd be grand," says Paddy. This worked fine for a couple of weeks until Paddy stormed into the house. "Murphy," he said, "Your pig has chewed the ear off my pig. Now we got two pigs with one ear each. How we gonna tell who owns which pig?" "Well Paddy," said Murphy, "I'll cut ta other ear off my pig. Ten we'll av two pigs and only one of them will av one ear." "Ah, tat'd be grand," says Paddy. "Murphy!" shouted Paddy, "Your pig has chewed the tail off my pig and now we got two pigs with no ears and no tails! How are we ever gonna tell 'em apart?" "How about you have the black one, and I'll have the white one?" Says Murphy

15.01.2022 Hers a thought for home isolation boredom why not turning our kitchen back into the heart of the home by making home made sausages it easy as to make I make great pork bangers on the farm I cant sell or give away due to farm kill meat legislation but I do love sharing them to our visitors while they are here. So you tube simple sausage making vids talk to your butcher and have a go you might surprise your self and make lasting memories for your farmily I will be making a big batch up with my butcher mate In a few weeks I might try to film it or at least get a heap of pics to show step by step instructions and show off my pork sausage s mmm remember get some pork on your fork mmm
14.01.2022 Ok folks I dont have any tenderloin for sale but we have rolled shoulders that are ideal for this recipe my mouth was watering all the way through his video so I recommend that you get some our wickedly delicious rolled shoulders we have load available right now @$13/kg its all boned out and rapped with netting so it will be the best bbq treat for our now limited gatherings
