To protect our patients and our staff, when you arrive for your appointment our staff will Ask our patients to stand behind our line at reception for social distancing. ... Our receptionist will check you in for your appointment. Ask family members and siblings to wait outside the practice. Ask our patients to use our Alcohol hand rub for 20 seconds. 16.01.2022 As of Monday 27th April the government has advised that elective medical procedures (including orthodontics) will go back to Level 2 restrictions. This means we are OPEN to see our patients in the clinic however; We are still socially distancing. As much as wed love a chat with all the family please be advised that only the patient should attend the clinic if possible. We are only allowed to have a certain number of people in the clinic at any one time so it will not see...m as busy as usual but we are at full capacity. There are still certain procedures we are unable to do. Dr Clare is working more hours to accomodate everyone. She has a priority list of patients from the past four weeks of telehealth consultations who will need to be seen first in clinic. BUT she is doing her upmost to prevent any delays in your treatment. Under current guidelines Dr Southall is unable to come into the clinic, if you would prefer an appointment with him it may have to wait until restrictions are further eased. Do's - Get in to the habit of carrying extra with you at all times. Don't - Double up on elastics (unless your orthodontist says so), please do not use loom bands or any one else's elastics.
