16.01.2022 Hello beautiful people, A journey that has lasted over 3 years has reached it’s next stage. I AM READY TO COOK BABY!!!! I will be holding a 'soft opening' for a few hours this Sunday 7th March at the Meadowglen Athletics Reserve 146 - 156 McDonalds Road, Epping. At this stage it looks like from 3-6pm. Everyone is welcome. Come one, come all, let your friends know have a feed and enjoy the day. Hope to se you there! P.S. Being Greek make sure bring cash OPA! 15.01.2022 Pasta cooker finally in, most of the kitchen is complete!getting the little jobs done and started the clean up, I CAN'T WAIT people!!

06.01.2022 The work inside the truck begins, started insulating the rest of the truck and lined the walls with stainless steel. Added the vinyl floor, again the inside also needed a touch of 'Greekness' so I found blue vinyl with specks of white and then finished the rest of the stainless. Finally I added the the sinks!

03.01.2022 Finally the pasta cooker arrived in Melbourne! went to pick it up from Truganina and drove it back to Campbellfield. As I was reversing it up the driveway POP goes the axle, I was just doing 100 km p/hr. on the freeway I'm a lucky S.O.B....
