04.01.2022 Climate update Being a communal facility the health, safety and hygiene of our clients and staff is ALWAYS a top priority. We endeavour to ensure the highest standard of hygiene is met within our business. Due to the current situation, we have stepped up hygiene practices accordingly and ask clients who are not feeling well to reschedule their appointments as soon as possible. No cancellation fees will apply and we will offer a full credit of appointment to reschedule w...hen the time is right for you. Our staff are also under strict instruction not to attend shifts if they start to feel unwell and are then encouraged to stay home until given the all clear by a health professional. Furthermore, we have reduced our sessions to lesson the amount of contact and have now banned the use of glass wear within the facilities to mitigate the spread of germs. Guests can either BYO keep ups & water bottles or use a disposable cup provided. Sanitiser sprays, wipes and gel will be readily available for all staff and clients to utilise during sessions. We can assure you if anyone arrives (client or staff member) and appears to be unwell for any reason - they will immediately be turned away and either be rescheduled at a later date or refunded. Client forms have now been updated to ask if you have been unwell within the past couple of weeks and if you have recently entered the country. We are doing our best to keep updated as to any further changes and if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask. Sending out all our love & light Kindest, The Bathhouse Team
