On site at our John Stokes Square Residential Precinct project for the NT Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics and NT Department of Local Government, Housing and Community Development our Director, Steven held a souvla bbq to raise awareness and support of this special day. ... 19.01.2022 Throwback to 2017 when we completed the design and construction of 166 Smith Street with it's iconic balcony design. This 8 storey building comprises of 18 x 2-bedroom units with roof top swimming pool - the views are epic!! 12.01.2022 John Stokes Square remediation works have progressed nicely as we ready each lot for construction in the near future. The other Friday we welcomed NT Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics and NT Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities representatives onsite for a site progress tour. It was also an excellent opportunity to welcome our new onsite Trainee Project Administrator Kloe Dempsey that started with us in August (we don't know what we did without her!!) Kloe was recruited via Saltbush with support from YouthWorX NT.

04.01.2022 Our latest project at 26 Phillip Street Fannie Bay is now complete. We are super happy with the interior design choices and high-end finishes throughout.
