Did you know that this production of Kinky Boots has approx. 90 individual lights and close to 400 lighting cues! This is keeping our lighting operator very busy during each performance. 20.01.2022 LKR Productions installed a new PA system for Picnic Point High School. The space has been upgraded to provide a step up in audio performance and we do this by providing a dB technologies system. - 2x dB Technologies VIO X12 (FOH) - 2x dB Technologies DVA KS10 (FOH) - 1x dB Technologies VIO X205 (Centre Fill) - 2x dB Technologies Opera 10 (Stage Side Fill)... Within this installation we also moved Picnic Point High School to the digital audio mixing world using an Allen and Heath SQ6 with 1x AR2412 and a AB168 digital stage box. 20.01.2022 Last night the LKR team provided lighting for the Sutherland Shire Council SHIREABILITY Film Festival. Event Lighting fixtures were used to create a vibrant atmosphere in the gardens at Hazelhurst Arts Centre including 6x12w LED Battery Pars, 19x15w LED ProPars and 12x12w LED ProPar. With no existing cabling infrastructure there was a lot of cable to run! 17.01.2022 Another install complete! LKR Productions revitalised the lighting rig in the drama space at De La Salle Catholic College Woolooware. We replaced the old 2k theatre fresnels with Event Lighting F2x48 LED fresnels and 12x8 LED Parcans, and moved the lighting bars to a more suitable location for the room. Overall we have reduced the spaces power consumption from 12,000 watts to just under 700 watts and eliminated all heat generated by the lighting rig. Controlled by an Stage CL and powered by a LSC APS; the lighting rig automatically powers up and turns off making it easy to use by staff and students.
