25.01.2022 In November we travelled to beautiful Broome with some amazing women on our Yoga Retreat.... or should we say Yoga Holiday! Kim from A Sense of Bliss lead some wonderful Yoga Classes, Workshops and Conversations... morning yoga on Cable Beach and twilight yoga under the stars were particularly special We stayed at the gorgeous Mangrove Hotel, and couldn't have been better looked after by Saffron and the team, especially in what became and incredibly tough wee...k for them We all knew that travelling and giving ourselves the time to rest, relax and restore was a privilige so we spent some time giving back to the community by volunteering with the lovely Tegan from the amazing local charity Feed the Little Children We spent our days by the pool, making fast friends with the cocktail wizards at the bar, and also had plenty of free time to explore. We had a glorious afternoon cruising the coast and watching the sun set over the stunning turquoise waters of Roebuck Bay! To the fabulous group that came on the trip - thank you for making it what it was! I loved meeting every one of you, enjoyed the insightful conversations (and daiquiris ) and very much look forward to travelling together again in the future!
