17.01.2022 How do you handle haters? This week I’m tired. I’m tired of the bullies, the negativity, the greed, the taking, the lack of kindness But yet I made a promise to always live in kindness and I am learning to not take others projections on, for it is simply a reflection of themselves.... As you work more and more on yourself, you achieve more success and when you do you have a wider audience. You may have more fans but you also have more haters. I will continue to build my resilience, continue to grow my self worth for I know without my life cannot expand

16.01.2022 I’ve been quiet over school holidays as it’s a very busy time for me, both with business and family. I have been blown away over the last few weeks by some incredible examples of inclusiveness and it makes me grateful that I get to create that environment for people. 11.01.2022 Time to fix my crown I have a lot going on at the moment (launching a new store, launching a cosmetic line and subscription boxes, training staff, new coaching programs, running workshops, working out, franchising etc) and I’ve been a little overwhelmed. Time to take a breath, be grateful, look at what I’ve achieved so far, fix my crown and know I can do this. ... What do you do to ground yourself?

03.01.2022 Who else has really wanted to do something but not had the balls? This brave beautiful women has come into my world with the most incredible mission. She wants to help families on low income not just survive, but THRIVE! No matter the circumstances, no matter the budget. She genuinely wants to serve others and has lots of exciting plans to share tips, recipes, savvy savings, advice and much more. During these times this is a service needed by many families. The only thing sto...pping Christine was a belief in her value. Of course I told her to stop being so selfish and share her gift with the world.
