25.01.2022 Asbestos removal showed excessive timber rot. Framed up the wall with treated construction pine, installed new windows, insulation and fibre cement blue board. Next will add some architraves and finish with a texture coat.

24.01.2022 Small window repair. Sand, undercoat, paint and add a winder.

23.01.2022 Get what you pay for! This was a tile repair done by the opposition for cheap. That is silicon not grout and once I lifted the tile it was stuck down with liquid nails that couldnt dry as it was constantly raining.
