Learning new positions takes time, but will come together with persistance If u want to try a particular position let me know, no one position belongs to one person. Knowing various positions, creates flexibility to produce great teams.

05.01.2022 I know its difficult sometimes to get to training. Work & family come first and we all have dramas now & again, but to only have two runners turn up to training out of 12 of you is a bit disappointing, and makes training very hard. If you are unable to attend please inform me, thanks to those that did let me know. We train on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6, please try to include this factor when planning your days over the next 4 - 5 months. Hope to see most of you Tuesday night at the H\P track if its not raining.Regards Coach
