Instead we should focus on how well we FUNCTION from day to day, as this provides more insightful information to our overall health and is a better aspect to showcase progression. Think about it like this, pain relief might make you go from a 6/10 level of pain to a 3/10 level. Which is good but you still FEEL pain....
