15.01.2022 It may be the last few days of Breast Cancer Awareness Month but it doesn't mean that you shouldn't be cautious still These are some pretty concerning statistics below If you notice anything that doesn't seem right no matter how small you may think it is it's better to be checked by a professional.

13.01.2022 Did you know we offer Mental Health Care Plans. A mental health care plan is a plan for people with a mental health disorder. If you have mental health issues, your doctor can write out this plan. You may be wondering how a mental health care plan can benefit you, here's how - A mental health care plan can help you in a number of ways.... Creating a mental health care plan gives you and your doctor the opportunity to formally outline how you’ve been feeling, what your needs are and what results you would like. It also gives your doctor an opportunity to refer you on to an appropriate treatment or support service. Having a mental health care plan makes appointments with eligible allied health professionals more affordable. If you have a mental health care plan, you are entitled to a Medicare rebate on up to 10 individual sessions or group appointments with a psychologist, social worker or occupational therapist in a calendar year. After 6 sessions, you will return to your doctor to revisit how your treatment is going, and then if needed, can access the next 4 sessions. To book an appointment to see one of our General Practitioners please feel free to call or head to our website to book online. https://healthengine.com.au//harbourtown-daynight-s/s61250
