Those will be going out over the coming days so keep an eye on your inbox for tracking details. 23.01.2022 Good Morning!! We have a great update for you all, We have been working hard the last few days to tie down the exact specifics of our shipment, luckily it is in... BRISBANE! We are just waiting for the office to process our paperwork and assign our allotted delivery time. At this stage, our estimated timeline is that we will have the shipment by the end of the week and have all orders going out Monday the 14th of September for delivery and we will also aim to open the store a few extra days the week of the 14th to make it easier for those who would like to collect their orders. We will post another update next weekend during our trading hours to let everyone know if we are on track and if things go smoothly you will hopefully hear from us sooner. 23.01.2022 Good Morning and Good News! Those that have been following the progress closely will be excited to know that yesterday morning the shipment cleared Hong Kong customs. ON TIME (for once) Now, even better news... with extreme efforts from the team and luck on our side we were able to get the shipment unpacked from the container and picked up by our air freight YESTERDAY! Things are moving on their way to Australia as we speak. Have been advised ETA should next week depending on... how quick Border Force is on our end please, be patient once we know when they have arrived you will all know, messaging the team won't get you an update any quicker as we have a mass influx of inquiries with pre-orders being so close and it will take us a while to get back to you. Once they arrive we will need a minimum of 24hours to unpack, count and then pick pre-orders before we will be able to dispatch any goods or post anything online. For those who arent a pre-order during this time please know, we will launch the products once pre-orders are taken care of. We will both be extremely busy so please understand communication will be a struggle with over 4,000 inquiries a fortnight been all our platforms it's been hard for us to keep up but we will be working around the clock to ensure our pre-orders are taken care of first and foremost and get back to everyone once they are sent. 19.01.2022 Been a few weeks since our last MK2 and HK update. Not a whole lot has changed, but the factory is now back to work in low numbers. We are making arrangements as we speak with a shipping agent to collect and then FINALLY we will have the ETA we are so desperately chasing. Time on the water will most likely be 3 weeks. With any luck we can arrange the collection over the next week. Big thank you for everyone's understanding ... Any further updates will be pinned to the top of the page as it unfolds.

18.01.2022 Good Morning Thank you again to everyone for their continued patience for the Pre-Orders. We know the process has been long-winded and we really have been working tirelessly to get these moving as quickly as possible. We can confirm that the shipment left the factory late last week and is on its way to the Hong Kong warehouse. Given the current climate we cant be certain there will be no import/export delays with the coronavirus but we will be keeping a close eye on this. ... As soon as the order rolls into the HK Warehouse, we will be air freighting as much of it as we can to fulfill pre-orders. This will be based on a first in first served basis starting with those who pre-ordered first. The remainder of the order will be arriving a few weeks afterward by sea. Once they arrive to us here we will be express shipping out orders as quickly as possible. We have learned a lot throughout this pre-order process, and it should be noted that pre-orders will not be an option ever again going forward. There are too many variables that go into the manufacturing of items overseas and Murphy's law will always be in effect. If it could go wrong it did, we have fought an uphill battle at every turn from competitors trying to get the edge by putting in false allegations to border force in attempts to have items seized to the political battles between China and Hong Kong, and most recently Covid19. 17.01.2022 Good Morning, We are touching base regarding the current Pre-Orders for both the MK2 and the HK416 Kits. These are currently awaiting release from Hong Kong customs. We have been told to expect this to be released to our agent on Monday. Once completed, the container will be sent over to our Hong Kong warehouse to be unpacked and sorted. We will then have the first arrivals here within the fortnight (Air Freighted to Aus).... It is also important to note that we have had to sacrifice a large portion of additional stock due to the continued expense of the delays. This means unfortunately, we will no longer have any retail stock available for the HK416 and only a very limited number of additional MK2s once they arrive. Pre-Orders are covered so dont stress. The remaining units that were manufactured will need to be shipped to us once we can rebuild from the massive loss this production run has been. There will be no Pre-Orders available for any future production run. Jessie and I want to thank you all for your continued patience. We are getting so very close!

16.01.2022 Hey guys, We know it has been pretty quiet on the Pre-Order front this week. We have been back and forwards with our shipping agent every day trying to push the shipment through HK customs. We have been advised that clearance is due around the 25th. Yes, this is later then we had originally been told however there is little we can do to influence this. What that means is if everything goes smoothly from there on, the plan is to have these in our hands by the end of the mont...h. Please note this update is applicable until the 26th of July when a new update will be posted. We appreciate everyones patience while we deal with the effects of COVID19

14.01.2022 HK KITS Few cartons are still held up in Singapore. These are currently holding up the remaining kits going out. Stocks, Outer barrels, Grips and Gearboxes. We have ordered replacements while our shipping agent conducts a search for the cartons. Hoping the held up cartons arrive asap will update further once we have more info. Please note that we won't be able to split kits up due to the logistical nightmare that it would cause. Ie we cant send out half a kit now and half la...ter. Any questions about this feel free to reach out. All the Receiver Pre-orders are completed (ie MK2 and HK Receiver ONLY orders). As such the remaining retail stock for the MK2's is now back in stock and live on our website.

13.01.2022 Finally! Big HK416 Kit Update We have them. All of them! Everything is here now. Everyone will receive their tracking numbers for their orders by the end of the week. Please if you have any information to update regarding your order, contact our team immediately so we can make the appropriate changes before we start sending orders. Those who wanted to collect these will be available instore on the 19th 9am-4pm and you will receive a text or email notification when your order... is ready. 13.01.2022 Why dont you just have a shipping agent pick them up? We get this question daily. And understandably many will be wondering why it has been so hard exporting our metal receivers and HK's from China. There is a lot more to exporting these (Beyond just COVID) then many people may be aware and we hope to try and clarify below. In China our receivers are classified as legitimate firearms and as such come under a lot of government scrutiny when it comes to manufacturing, tra...nsport, and logistics. As a result of this, the factory is required to apply for firearm manufacturing and export permits for every single batch made (Not Free btw), and they are generally only valid for a couple of weeks at a time. Once manufactured, The product is locked within a government-approved container at the factory and can not be opened until its outside of China. Hence, we are unable to have standard shipping agents just collect orders and must move all logistics through a government chain of command for approvals. This leads to long periods of time where we have not been getting updates. Some Good news: Export permits and licenses are already set for these and they have been renewed every month while we have been waiting. The factory has secured a shipping date to move the items over to HK to split up the orders and send to us. We should now see the pre-ordered items arrive to us in Australia late May with further retail stock arriving a few weeks later by Sea.
