25.01.2022 In our last post, we spoke of the rise in the selection of Bohemian style tiles. This is another example - a multi patterned feature wall complimented by a solid colour floor. The large window in this ensuite in Mansfield gives plenty of light to highlight this feature.

25.01.2022 Heres an ensuite we completed in Yeronga. A splash of feature tiles, long wall tiles and lined up grout lines helps give a neat appearance to this smaller bathroom.

24.01.2022 Not sure how much tiling or tiling height to go to on your bathroom renovation? Take a look at this bathroom/laundry renovation we did in Coorparoo. Re-using some of the existing fixtures, this owner decide to tile the shower area to a height of 2100mm, then the remaining walls to 1500mm - perfect for the laundry space and splash back areas. Youll also notice that the grout lines are matched and lined up on the floor and walls. This draws your eyes along the path, making the room appear longer.

24.01.2022 We love this renovation in Belmont. By selecting 3 different styles of tiles that co-ordinate well with each other, the owners have carefully created a bathroom with lots of texture and interest. The hexagon tiles are a great striking feature, and the selection of black tapware really compliments the room.

21.01.2022 Lets face it - the laundry is usually the last place we want to spend time in, and sometimes they can be messy and generally become the households dumping spot. Not this one! The owners of this home in Tingalpa now have a carefully planned laundry with plenty of bench space and storage.

21.01.2022 Heres a bathroom we completed in Sinnamon Park. Utilizing the bathroom space well, the customer chose a walk in shower (single flat panel glass screen with tile insert floor grate to contain the water), and a vanity that has a smaller bottom unit with a longer top that overhangs. This allowed extra room at the end for floor storage (small stool or bin etc). The double basins help everyone to get ready quickly in the mornings.

21.01.2022 This bathroom we completed in Carindale has a very appealing neat and clean finish. The black accessories really compliment the room. When it comes to the fixtures and fittings for bathrooms, home owners have many options these days. From all-in-one mixers to three piece tap sets and plenty of colour choices. Your bathroom can be stock standard white and chrome, or as individual as you.

21.01.2022 Is space limited in your home - do you have to have both the bathroom and laundry in together? Heres one we did recently in Clayfield. This customer managed to get a large shower with bench seat at the end of the room, a good size vanity with plenty of storage space on one side, and a compact and efficient laundry on the other.

20.01.2022 This is a bathroom we completed in Ashgrove. Youll notice the wall tiles are bigger than the floor tiles, and that the owners chose these tiles to be laid vertically. This creates an illusion to the eyes and makes the ceiling seem higher - helping the room to appear bigger and brighter.

20.01.2022 Would you love to come home to a beautiful brand new bathroom? Recently renovated in Chapel Hill, this spacious bathroom now includes a large walk in shower, and has plenty of room for both of you to get ready in the morning rush.

18.01.2022 Earlier in the week we shared with you a bathroom we did in Sherwood. Heres the laundry we also completed at the same time. Again, the customer has selected high end tiles, and the overall finish is quite impressive. Who wouldnt be happy to do a load of washing in this spacious laundry!

17.01.2022 Recently renovated in Camp Hill, this bathroom has a combined shower/bath. The wall tiles have been laid horizontally making the room look wider and making the bath look longer. We love the inclusion of 2 niches - both conveniently located should you be showering or bathing.

14.01.2022 Theres plenty of room to move in this newly renovated bathroom in Holland Park West. Neutral colours throughout combine with 600 x 300 tiles, adding to the rooms clean lines appeal.

13.01.2022 A lovely kitchen we did in Chapel Hill. This customer is not going to have a problem finding room for everything - theres so much storage space!!! A clean white finish with black accessories - this is a timeless colour selection which will serve them well for many years. Combined with the polished wooden floors - the overall effect is quite pleasing to the eye.

13.01.2022 What a delightful bathroom! We renovated this 1.8 x 2.5 metre bathroom in Carindale - and we think the end result is very pleasing. The larger wall tiles have been laid vertically and to full height. Using white and grey throughout, the bathroom has a crisp and clean feel.

11.01.2022 Black and white patterned tiles certainly make a statement in this recently renovated bathroom in Camp Hill. Paired with a simple white background and grey coloured vanity top, this colour combination is timeless.

11.01.2022 Heres a bathroom we completed in Oxley. Long tiles on the floor help guide your eyes to the lead light style windows. A combined bath/shower with a feature tile strip helps break up the all white look on the walls.

10.01.2022 Trying not to stray too far away from the heritage style of this home in Herston, these owners have modernized their bathroom with the inclusion of a large walk in shower. A combination of square and subway tiles compliments the timber features.

10.01.2022 Theres lots of options when upgrading or renovating your bathroom. The owners of this property in Kenmore chose to have a wall mounted vanity installed. Elevating the vanity off the floor allows extra room below for storage, and can make the room look bigger. Teamed with dark floor and light wall tiles that go full height to the ceiling, the room presents very well and feels spacious.

10.01.2022 Heres another one of our renovated bathrooms. This bathroom was the typical older style bathroom where there was a low level step into bath/shower with a curtain (see the small before photo insert). Modernizing the bathroom, the bath has been deleted, the shower opened up and a frosted privacy screen installed between the shower/toilet area. This bathroom now appears larger, open and bright.

10.01.2022 This good sized bathroom we renovated in Chapel Hill has plenty of room. The owner has had the tiles laid to a height of 2100mm throughout, a great option when trying to keep your bathroom clean. The huge vanity with above top basins gives plenty of cupboard space below, plus theyve also installed twin mirror cabinets for extra space.

10.01.2022 This bathroom in Sherwood is pretty spectacular. These customers have selected some very nice fixtures and the end result is impressive. Definitely one of the higher end bathroom renovations we have done, but like all the bathrooms we do, the quality of our workmanship is first class.

03.01.2022 Were delighted to share some photos of a large bathroom renovation we recently completed in Upper Mount Gravatt. The owners selected tiles in a 450 x 450 size format on both the floor and walls and the natural tone colours work well with the fixtures selected. The large wet area at the end includes both a free standing bath and a spacious shower area. The unusually shaped basins lend an elegant feel to the stone top. 03.01.2022 For those of you who have been watching the current renovating show on Channel 7, pattern tiles and subway tiles are still a very popular choice for renovating. In this bathroom we completed in Tarragindi, the customer selected a dark subway tile which was laid in a brick style format. Dark or light, shiny or matt, subway tiles can bring that little bit of flair or drama to your bathroom.

03.01.2022 A white 2 pac finish has been applied to the cabinetry in this kitchen renovation we recently completed in Kenmore. The home owner selected soft close drawers with no handles and a stone top finish. This crisp and fresh look will have a long lasting appeal.

03.01.2022 Weve just completed this renovation in Chapel Hill and were very happy to say the owners are delighted with their new bathroom. The large tiles on the floor have continued up the shower wall - making the shower look very spacious. With tiles this large, a shower floor grate is used - and a tile is cut and inserted into the grate - giving a very tidy and an almost concealed finish.

03.01.2022 Our customer in Tarragindi recently renovated both her main bathroom and ensuite. Selecting these large format tiles for both the floor and walls, and then tiling to the ceiling helps makes the rooms look clean, modern and sleek. Both bathrooms have large walk in showers.

02.01.2022 The "Bohemian" style of tiles has become very popular of late. Striking patterns that match, repeat and blend with the next tile, or random patterns of mix-match prints. The striking black and white of this example was recently included in a bathroom renovation we did in Kenmore.

01.01.2022 A niche is one of the most popular options that our customers are choosing these day to keep their shampoos and soaps etc all neat and tidy in the shower and bath areas. These great nooks can be square shaped, rectangle, long and small. We can even put a second smaller one in the shower - a foot niche for convenience. Heres one we did recently - the customer added a really pretty feature tile to it.

01.01.2022 Heres a bathroom thats a little different to the normal square or rectangle shape we normally do. The large windows that wrap around this bathroom certainly lets in plenty of light, and your eye is drawn outside. Also, the larger rectangular tiles laid vertically create an illusion of height.
