20.01.2022 For all my clients that I suggest stretching to (which is all of you!!!) this is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Emma Miller is an amazing yoga instructor. She showed me that you don’t need to push your body to the limit every session but you do need to learn to listen to your body and work within its capabilities on the day. I’m so thankful that I started these sessions with her last year. I have incorporated many of these yoga stretches into my daily routine so that I can perform my job as massage therapist with less pain and more focus.
