24.01.2022 SUPER ADVANCED SHOULDER STABILITY Would you believe this is actually a shoulder rehab client?? Brett is post op shoulder surgery in 2019 and has been so diligent with his home exercises and was pushing for more advanced stability exercises so I had to bring out the big guns and got him to do this exercise which is called the plank to dolphin pike ( he was meant to have slightly more of a hunch in his upper back) .... This works on not only core stability but shoulder stability and integrates dynamic movement with load in a closed chain position. Advanced exercises like this ,paired with functional strength exercises and he will be back doing what he loves in no time! note* Only do this exercise of your EP or physio has approved you to do so #advancedshoulderrehab

04.01.2022 Father and Son (14yrs old) Duo prioritising their health amd fitness. Peter started his journey with us back in october after a referral from his GP to improve his health with his son. We tracked health data and prescibed HIIT ( high intensity interval training) as they improved. Since then, Peter has increased his confidence and continued his journey independently incorporating HIIT 4 x a week. He has lost over 13kg since then from being consistent. Peter went from full time... work and sedentary to full time work and 4 days a week HIIT training. We are so proud of you both for changing and improving your health amd your achievements!
